Salida Super 8 Ski Package Rental Reservation Form

Thank you for selecting the Salida Super 8 as your home for your Monarch Ski Trip. Please fill out this form to reserve your rental equipment. When you reach the Mountain Lodge go directly to the Reservation Counter in the rental shop. Be sure to bring all your rental vouchers and provide them to your rental agent for your entire stay.

For your safety we recommend that all skiers utilize a helmet. It is preselected in the form below, please uncheck if you do not want a helmet. The cost of this rental (around $5 per day) is not included in your package. You can upgrade  your equipment in the form below. You will be responsible for the increase in cost.

Please remember to safeguard your equipment, you are responsible for any damage or theft. A benefit of your package is complimentary Ski Valet, using this service eliminates your need to transport the equipment to and from the mountain. If you have any questions just ask, or call us at 719-539-6689..

There is a $5.00 service fee for any last minute equipment changes: ie. ski to snowboard or ski to high performance etc. To pick up your equipment the day prior, please contact the rental shop (1-888-996-7669 ext. 5120 or 719-530-5120) and advise them that you have a reservation but would like to pick the equipment at an earlier time and date. This service is offered based on the availability of the equipment.
